I think it should be pointed out a fixed bayonet has the tendency to encourage others to conduct themselves appropriately. In the video below, a Tomb Guard locks on someone running their pie hole when they should kept it respectfully shut.

That friends, is conflict resolution in action. Hat tip to Tartan Marine for this one.

  1. Good for him. If they can’t shut up out of respect, shutting up out of fear will have to do.

    I don’t know how you could be in Arlington and not be respectful. There’s a huge culture gap here that I just don’t get.

  2. Suz, agree, I’d love to be there to look at the clowns who had been laughing as if they were trash.

    Saker, you could not be respectful in Arlington if you were self centered enough not consider others. Thankfully, there are bayonets to keep folks in line.

  3. This video was linked by one of the commenters at Neptunus Lex a few days ago. Never hurts to have it available many places so that more people have a chance to see a good reaction to poor behavior.
